Idean and Bilot implemented a UI of Rautaruukki's global MyOrders service. The service is part of SAP ERP system. It's designed to follow orders and enable buying online for Ruukki's dealers and b-to-b customers. In addition, the service is used by Ruukki's own sales personnel in order to manage offers and orders as well as sales reporting. When developing the service, Idean focused on improving usability by e.g. facilitating the buying process, enabling customers to find the products, improving listings and by creating a visual outlook, which makes using the service a lot more comfortable. Bilot was responsible for technical design and implementation. Putting together the usability design expert and the SAP solutions provider resulted in fine but very easy global service.

Idean's 10-year anniversary
Believe it or not! We have ten years behind us with more than 2,000 projects and an endless list of good memories. Just can't wait to see next ten years! Being a leader in User Centered Design has been rewarding as we have had an opportunity to work with many extremely interesting customers and projects.
