Lahti Innoklubi organized a seminar on June 3rd about conducting R&D along with users and customers. Lahti Innoklubi is a modern forum of promoting innovations and mutual learning for local companies and public organizations.
Idean Chief Evangelist Mikko-Pekka Hanski was presenting Living Lab concept as a good practical example of the environment where user experience was a part of the planning phase.
Also i.a. CEO Tapani Kiiski from Raute Oyj, Design Director Anne Stenroos from Kone Oyj and Professor Vesa Harmaakorpi from Lappeenranta University of Technology gave their point of views about users’ and customers’ role in R&D.
