The Finnish Marketing Association (Suomen Markkinointiliitto) is founded in 1928. Its mission is to develop the know-how of marketing. The main message of the association is that marketing is an essential area of leadership and centre factor in profit-making. The Association arranges seminars and conferences, among others the Idea® Marketing Conference, and meetings and discussions on marketing subjects.

Risto Lähdesmäki from Idean delivers the presentation on how marketing and advertising have changed in the web and how to exploit the digital environment better. The presentation discusses also user-centric service design as a part of advertising.
