Idean is growing global and leading the way in digital world´s user experiences! To accelerate our growth, we are looking for several new talents to join Idean in our Helsinki and Tampere offices. We can offer You an unique, talented company and a passionate community to develop user experiences for new digital services, applications and devices.

Now we are looking especially for:

Senior-level Concept Designers and Interaction Designers

We expect You to be able to::

  • Create user-centred concepts and user interfaces (mobile, web, professional systems)
  • Prepare, plan and manage customer projects
  • Consult our customers and find the best solutions for demanding customer needs
  • Create long-term strategies for our customers
  • Support our sales team and production teams

Your can work in consultative role or act as a project manager in our customer projects. You will give strong competence in concepting, interaction design and user experience issues to our project teams. We hope Your education has something to do with usability and HCI. You can work fluently with MS Visio, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. You will work in close co-operation with Your own team and our sales.

UI Developers

We expect You to be extremely skilled in latest web technologies. We highly appreciate strong experience in mobile development (Android, iOS, Symbian). You make our plans come true and are also an important technical expert in concept design projects. You are able to work independently, take responsibility and also have good skills in team work.

At Idean, we appreciate applicants, who have strong experience in user-centred design. You are an energetic, creative and positive person and You don´t loose Your nerves under tight schedules or sudden changes. You can take responsibility and solve problems both independently and with our teams. You can also communicate Your thoughts and ideas fluently.
