Touch vs. keypad-controlled mobile

Idean Chief Innovation Officer Risto Lähdesmäki was interviewed by Talouselämä about the benefits of touch-controlled mobile devices.
Accordingly to Mr. Lähdesmäki, touch is revolutionary because it can bring a mobile device closer to its user who is able to control and handle it more directly.
