The main goal of the training was to provide an overview of the main research methods used in user experience studies to the market researchers and analysts in the client company. Another goal was to give new ideas to data collection for the company’s internal study.

The training incorporated very practical, user-friendly presentation style where the trainer used real-life examples and personal experiences to guide the sessions. In the sessions, real-life client research cases were discussed and further processed together with the Idean User Experience Specialist.
