When a completely new product or service is launched, it is essential to have up-to-date market data to support the business decisions. Prior to the launch, the customer acceptance can be studied and the specific needs and requirement matched to the market data to ensure the relevant marketing strategy.

Our client required data from the requirements and benefits of a product used by a sector of enterprises. In addition, the business potential and design drivers were collected and identified. Our work consisted of business environment analysis, a combination of business environment study and field study and user need analysis. As a result our client was able to produce a new, user-approved service on top of the regular product portfolio.
