Target of our design

Xtract Social Marketing Intelligence Solution (XSAI) combines the traditional marketing and segmentation analytics with Xtract’s unique social and behavioral analytics. It is delivered as a standard or customized solution with optimized algorithms and custom relevant data points used to optimize the accuracy and value for the customer.

Basics

Xtract’s services have been mainly consultative. The aim of this project was to design a service concept based on web – transfer the expert driven service mode to a product driven mode. The main idea was to create an online marketing intelligence service that creates desirable customer experience and supports Xtract’s brand; marketing intelligence as experience: “create new business, a fun & fluent creative process”.

This project focused on user research, design (concept, interaction and visual) prototype creation and UI documentation.
