Not born yesterday.
We were founded nearly two decades ago as a user research company, championing the importance of human-centered design from the very beginning. Long before user experience design was widely understood or adopted, we were working with clients to combine practical design with a deep understanding of users to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
While the digital landscape has changed significantly since Idean was founded in 1999, we’ve remained at the forefront of global design companies in delivering state-of-the-art solutions that set the bar for industry-wide innovation.
