Lead Interaction Designer
We are looking for an accomplished Lead Interaction/UX Designer to strengthen our team in Idean Oslo!
You will join our team of talented designers, facilitators and technologists in creating services, transforming organisations and designing valuable experiences in a diverse range of projects.
You’ve experienced firsthand how to drive a user-centred design process to develop new products and services, and your strong background and portfolio attests to that. You know how to treat user requirements, define a concept, build prototypes, facilitate client workshops, and design for various screens and operating systems. Not only do you understand the importance of user experience, but you can also effectively communicate it to our clients.
You are passionate about solving tough design challenges together on a team of other creatives, designers, and developers, and strive to deliver useful, user friendly and magnificently pixel-perfect work. You have moved beyond the question of whether Sketch, XD, Figma or Axure is the better tool, and focus instead on creating solutions that perfectly balance accessibility and best practice with innovative and effective ways of interacting with a service, regardless of the tool. We expect you to have a strong point of view on user experience design and how it is best performed. You should be confident in leading and mentoring our team of UX designers, and give direction to the diverse roles in a project team, making sure that we as a professional design studio meet our clients’ expectations and deliver value in our projects.

You need to be able to take the lead in all the steps of a client relationship: from proposal writing and project planning, through to project execution and the design process itself.
