Most recently Rob was the Chief Client Officer at VCCP Partnership responsible for the global Telefonica relationship and oversight of all clients across a 1,000+ people business.

Annika is an expert in leading early stage discovery and proposition design projects across multiple sectors and complex markets.
In her work, she often transforms ambiguous objectives into clearly defined opportunities. She has led the proposition design for two of Idean’s Beta Businesses: Smarty - a new Telco brought to market in 6 months; and Asto - a fintech targeted at sole traders and SMEs.
Annika has brought her innovation tactics to Santander, AirPlus, Vodafone, Konica Minolta, Visa, Centrica, Aegon, Three and many others.
