The ever-growing number of websites and mobile applications is forcing brands to rethink their digital organizations and strategies. But in these increasingly complex ecosystems, how can we maintain brand consistency? How can we factor the efforts of design and development teams? Director of the Fab Design, SNCF
As a civil engineer, Florence started her career in CRM marketing within the Yves Rocher group. Then she joined the SNCF group in 2007 as the head of business analysis & merchandising before becoming innovation consultant at Voyages-sncf.com (today called OUI.sncf). She joined the group’s executive management team in 2014 to help launch the #DigitalSNCF digital transformation program. She then created the Fab Design to support all digital projects of the group. Passionate about the understanding of new uses, she has developed a solid customer expertise in B2C and in employee experience.
Leader of the User Experience Chapter, Crédit Agricole
After studying political science and media management, Marie gained experience in web marketing at the Monde.fr and at Canal Plus. Beginning in 2009 at Backelite agency (now Idean), she held different functions for some of the largest digital brands: project manager, functional designer, mobile strategy consultant, consulting manager… before creating and managing the Direction of User Experience. In 2018, she joined Crédit Agricole Technologies and Services to set up the UX design department and participate in the company’s IT transformation for the Crédit Agricole Regional Banks.
Director of Design & Strategy at Haigo, for AXA
Co-founder of Haigo, a consulting agency in innovation and design, Patrick and his team developed a user-centered methodology to solve complex problems. Thus, they create products, digital services, workspaces and Design Systems, including that of AXA which is now deployed in more than 25 countries and used daily by several hundred designers and developers. Patrick has been working in the innovation and design sectors for 15 years and also teaches at HEC, School 42, La Sorbonne and the CRI.
