During the Rugby World Cup week, Capgemini is hosting a daytime conference, Exchanges, delivering thought provoking discussions on cutting-edge experiences. The Exchanges festival is hosted at the Capgemini AIE in San Francisco.
Chief Strategy Officer
Pierre-Henri leads Idean’s strategic customer experience (CX), bringing design and design thinking to the C-suite, devising CX and design transformation strategies that drive organic growth, and making organizations more attuned, relevant and responsive to their users.
Prior to joining Idean, Pierre-Henri was Head of Strategy for IBM Design, leading the initiative’s strategy, programs and operations and driving IBM’s 8-figure investment in design and design thinking from its early days in 2012 to broad internal adoption and external recognition – including by bringing hundreds of designers to IBM, by fostering a design-first approach across IBM’s strategic products, and by delivering iconic product experiences.
Director, Customer Experience, Idean
Melissa Hui is a design and innovation strategist, her work focused on working with clients to co-create transformative human-centric ways of being, thinking and doing to be successful in the face of change and ambiguity. Blending design and the social sciences, she’s passionate about understanding how people and organizations can leverage their creative and empathetic powers to explore and craft thoughtful responses to present and future possibilities. She is the Director of Customer Experience at Idean based in Palo Alto, CA.

Mikko-Pekka Hanski is one of the co-founders of Idean. For over 15 years, he has helped companies find effective and inspirational ways to understand their customers. His unique way of crystallizing complicated challenges and turning them into actionable strategies has made him a true experience design pioneer not only in his native Finland, but throughout the world.
Mikko-Pekka is a design-minded innovator, whose enthusiasm and drive truly inspire his colleagues and clients. With his open-minded thinking, he pushes people to explore and reach big impact solutions that bring value both for companies and their customers.
