Heli Arantola to join Idean to solve wicked problems

Idean Helsinki Studio is amplifying its strategy design practice with adding a Senior Advisor role.

Dr. Sc. (econ) Heli Arantola has broad general management experience from telco sector, strategy consulting, as well as FMCG new business development, marketing and operative business management. Her two most recent positions were EVP, Categories & Concepts and Head of strategy at HKScan Plc and Managing Director of Fazer Mills and SVP, Head of Strategy & Renewal at Fazer Group.

Heli holds a doctoral degree in economic sciences and is a member of the board at S-Bank Ltd, Tobii Ltd (Nasdaq OMX Stockholm), Berner Ltd and Leipurin Plc and Chairman of the Board for Aalto University Foundation for Technology. She is the author of three business books, and a fellow of the RSA Royal Society of Arts.
